Took a 3 hour bus from Siem Reap to BattambangThen we went to visit the killing caves when the Khmer Rouge had some of their execution sites from 1975 to 1979. The Khmer Rogue killed their victims at the top of the cave and then threw the dead bodies in. There is an estimated 10,000 people killed in just these caves.Some of the many skulls and bones found The adults and children were killed in separate caves.
