Took a quick ride down to Hoi An and explored the old townFor dinner we tried Cau Lau which is only known to Hoi An because of the way the make the rice noodles. We really loved these and will probably come back again tomorrow. We also tried the Vietnamese pancakes which you wrap up in the rice papers and add the salad too. They were also very delicious. The lantern boats along the Thu Bon River
