Started the morning off at the local market with our cooking class to pick up the ingredients we needed Before we started cooking we got to go on the coconut boats We got to catch coconut crabs while on the boats. We caught three of themWe learned how to make the rice milk for fresh noodles Our first course was the Vietnamese salad rolls, Goi CuonThen Bahn Xeo which is a crispy Vietnamese pancake Bun Bo Nam BoPho Bo Ha Noi
