Day 55 – Hoi An

Started the morning off at the local market with our cooking class to pick up the ingredients we needed
Before we started cooking we got to go on the coconut boats
We got to catch coconut crabs while on the boats. We caught three of them
We learned how to make the rice milk for fresh noodles
Our first course was the Vietnamese salad rolls, Goi Cuon
Then Bahn Xeo which is a crispy Vietnamese pancake
Bun Bo Nam Bo
Pho Bo Ha Noi

    You’re having I think you need to open up a Thai restaurant in your flat just like the apartment Cafe’s in Ho Chi Minh.
    You’ll definitely get a Michelin star😋
