Went to visit the Tarsier sanctuary today. Tarsiers are endangered and are the worlds second smallest primates. The sanctuary keeps the tarsiers in a protected part of the forest that is the same as their natural habitat and not in cages. This was a mother and her baby They are nocturnal so many of them were sleeping in the treesTheir eyes don’t move but their heads can turn 360 degreesOn our way to our next stop, we got completely drenched and cold by thunderstorms and had to wait out the storms so unfortunately we decided not to go.
